Limit matching submissions
Every spreadsheet of buyer limits ever matched against Moody's Orbis, newest first. Each row is a permanent record you can reopen, cite, or supersede.

Submission IDs are quotable in a credit committee paper, a broker email, or a company's audit trail. MR-2026-0117 resolves to exactly one file, one column mapping, one Orbis dataset vintage, and one set of decisions — permanently.

What each column is for
- Required
Company name and country (ISO-2 or full name). Country is what stops a Spanish subsidiary matching to its Mexican namesake.
- Required
Credit limit. Carried through untouched — matching never alters a limit. Currency is optional and assumed to be USD when the column is absent; everything is reported in USD at the treaty FX rates.
- Strongly advised
Registration number. A single reg number typically converts a review into an exact match, and costs nothing extra.
- Optional
Address, city, postcode, VAT number. Each one sharpens the score and reduces manual review.
- Ignored
Anything else — internal codes, notes, prior-year limits — is preserved in the record but not sent to Orbis.

Treaty this bordereau belongs to
A new bordereau often arrives before its treaty is set up. Create the treaty here and the submission pins to it, so net exposure can be derived the moment matching finishes.
Run configuration
The single-winner rule is deliberate: if two candidates both score above 0.91, neither is auto-accepted. Two plausible matches is a question for a person, not a coin toss.

Committing writes the BvD ID and Orbis ID onto each company and stamps MR-2026-0117 into its audit trail. Open any company later and you can see which submission set its identifiers, and who approved it.
Treaty
Gross to net, per obligor
| Obligor | BvD ID | Gross (original) | CCY | FX to USD | Gross USD | Structure applied | Net USD |
|---|
Only matched obligors appear here. An unmatched name cannot be attributed to a treaty obligor, so it carries no net exposure — it stays in the review queue rather than being silently valued at zero.
